Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

Return Process

2. Shipping Your Return:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please package the item securely and include all original packaging and materials. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Inspection and Approval:
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund will be granted.

Refunds

2. Approved Refunds:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@drivenautomotive.shop.
